Sandra is a graduate of Columbia International University with a B.A. degree and the University of Miami with an M. Ed. A career high school teacher, Sandra left teaching to write and give full time to helping others get organized. Sandra, a mother of three adult children, lives in Miami, Florida with her husband.

She also heads Messies Anonymous which sponsors self-help group meetings around the world.
